How does revive help my company with sales?

Your revive ai works across a multi-channel communication strategy that uses call, text, email, linkedin engagement, and handwritten notes while abiding by a proven sales cadence framework. This is done automatically and adjusts to the stage of the sales cycle whether it is cold outreach, after the first meeting, proposal sent, contract sent, communication lost, or re-engagement. The ai adjusts the status you set for your lead and pushes the relationship accordingly.

Yes! Most CRM’s have open API’s and Zapier integrations. Monday.com, Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Zendesk, Drip, GoHighLevel, Freshsales, Keap, Honeybook, and almost every CRM on the market can connect to Revive.

After we integrate to your CRM, we can provide data directly to your current system to provide consistent analytics and updates to make our integration seamless. On the Revive side, we provide data on pipeline progress of your leads. We review our strategies regularly and to continuously optimize your messaging based on your target influencers and decision makers.

The revives system is used to engage and be outstandingly consistent across messaging channels to stand out. We leave the qualification and prioritization of leads to our users and systems they are currently adapted to in their CRM’s. Your Revive analytics show which stages of outreach, nurture and re-engagement your leads are stuck in or which stages of the sales pipeline your prospects are progressing through. As you progress through the sales journey with your prospect, you’ll change the status of their account and update the analytics either weekly, or live, depending on your plan’s tier.

Of course Revive stays up-to-date with compliance across industries, but we go one step forward to adapt to your company’s tone, messaging, and industry expertise. With the feedback from your onboarding intake form, we adjust messaging to the particular value proposition you wish to discuss with your prospects. However, if you do have a business needs that is an extreme outlier, and you wish to use our service, we have plans to develop bespoke solutions for your enterprise needs.

Now for the best part… There is none! Our team will do all the setup work to set up your ai and accounts. It will take 2 weeks to get everything up and running. During that time we’ll train your Ai, set up your additional email, connect to your CRM, and show you around your new tool. After onboarding, the most technical ability you’ll need is an internet browser and ability to upload a .csv for your leads (if you don’t connect to a CRM). The rest is monitored as need be!

The best part about Revive, we run automatically, with such little oversight you can literally sleep and it will proceed to engage with your prospect. Although, we don’t recommend sleeping on the job. But if you want to get fancy, we do have an API ready and at your service for any platforms that will accept it.

During the integration process we’ll request an intake form that will cover our training of the Ai and account set up. After the 2 weeks of setting up your account and training your Ai, we’ll set up a time to showcase your new AutoPilot software and provide training. As you will see, the software is incredibly self sustainable and user friendly, but we will always have a customer service team standing by to assist you 24/7.

IMPLEMENTATION STEPS

1. Immediately after becoming a client, you will meet with a customer success manager to understand your appointment goals.  This will help us determine how many leads need to be processed on a monthly basis by the AI prior to you starting to call.

2. Depending on the number of appointments necessary, we can discuss whether you would like us to pull leads for you that meet your ideal lead profile.

3. Once the leads pulled or provided to us, they will be analyzed to determine which will pick up and when.  They will then be loaded into the instance(s) of your software.

4. The software is extremely easy to use but if you would like training, your customer success manager can help arrange that for you.

5. If you would like to seamlessly integrate your CRM system with our software, we can work with your team to customize our APIs for your use.

6. After calling for at least a month which will allow you to establish a baseline, your customer success manager can help you set up a/b testing campaigns for your cadence and script.

7. At any time, our conversational designers can help you improve your scripts which will lead to more conversions.
